Check out Pleasers Shoes. I have two pair of pumps and a pair of thigh high boots all with 4” stiletto heels. just take into account the sizing difference, in US sizing it’s 1.5. For example I wear a 10.5 mens and a 12 in woman’s (most of the time). I find my boots are easier to wear than my pumps.

Thanks, but I am not passable. But my current sissy has 4" heels..........
 
New mesh and lace bralette with scallop trim and knee length mesh and lace skirt coming tomorrow. I'm also getting a nice pair of black patent leather 3.5 in stilletos tomorrow. Problem is that I am having seizures and will not be able to wear them. I tried 3.5 stilletos before but chickened out. They are keepers this time!
 
How do we handle an awkward situation like going to ER wearing lace lingerie or a bra? I am having some neurological problems so I am not enjoying my sexy wear just in case.

I 100% promise you they will have seen it all before and not give a damn. If you are there for medical reasons that's all they will focus on. Not what panties you are wearing.
I don't even own any boring guy underwear, panties or nothing for me. So doctor's visits, gym, swimming pool change rooms.
It's my life and I just live it.

Seriously? That's great news, I'm going to be at my doctor's to discuss HRT soon and I was hoping to start at least dressing feminine all the time. I was just hoping that even if the news is passed around, it's not gonna be a huge deal.
