It's probably less of an age thing, and more of an age difference, for me at least. It's also about the dynamic.

For me personally, I would probably struggle with a woman older than early forties, but give me ten years, and that will probably stretch to mid forties at least.

Also, it's here is probably a difference between 'baby girl' and 'good girl'. FWIW 'good girl' works best for me

That's up to your definition... to some, baby girl is a term of endearment often in a Daddy/baby girl dynamic. In this case, I would think you'd at least want the guy to be older than the girl.
