Because I have no interest in sleeping with "straight boys" so they can indulge whatever random temporary sexual impulse they have at that moment. I want a relationship. Sex is great stress relief and that's wonderful and all, but what I really miss is cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie. I want to make an elaborate dinner to be eated by candlelight, and all that excessively drippingly romantic stuff. Most of all though I want to get past the point where I need to be romantic. What I'd really like is to be in a relationship that's stable enough to possibly reach the point where it's comfortable insted of passionate and romantic. One night stands just don't get my attention. It's a personality thing.

I was reading over the shoulder of my lover as I read what you write. In some ways I lucked out. I slowly fell in love with a good friend, it has been a comfortable love where we can truely be ourselves and explore who we are. In the security of love he has realized that he is bi, and I realised by nypho-dom love for teasing guys and writing stories. Once and a while there is romance, and often much passion (especially since I started posting in lit), but I agree with you that being able to just cuddle and enjoy spending the day reading is very nice.

Straight-guys can be very frustrating when I'm in a bi-guys mood but I often find that you can learn a lot by listening to people you may not have initially thought matched your interests.

I wish you luck in your hunt, joy in your travels and a heart that will always be willing to love.
