Judo this is for you.

Oceanic Queen

Riding your freshly waxed throne,
head bobbing between the waves,
So graceful--this acrobat upon the water.

The salt upon her lips,
and spray upon her brow,
So much dedication--a need to feel at one with Mother Nature.



I admire many people for many things. I recently learned to snowboard and nothing will ever compare to that rush of wholeness you feel when you've just done something you thought you would never be able to do.
This poem is also dedicated to my girl for teaching me so much.

expressive,
unique

I am an individual
you are a part of me,

sometimes I am hurt
I need soothing,
not salt

when I seem hard
remember the tears,
the soft side of me

when my strengths seem overwhelming
remember my weakness,
my downfalls

when I'm on my knees
either join me,
or pick me up

when I say I love You
its more then just words
its a promise and I remember

We fall silent
What else is there to say
The silence is pleasant
We have covered every subject
The breeze whispers
Unburdened our hearts rest
