My previous apartment had a bathroom that was too small so that when I was in a hurry to change clothes, I had to change clothes out in the main room.

I would sometimes have a guest (family or friend) staying with me and maybe they’d go into the kitchen area to give me the illusion of privacy while changing clothes.

However, I knew that if they wanted to, they could from that angle still watch me undress and see me fully nude. It’s kind of thrilling and also a feeling of true vulnerability.

Back in the seventies while in the military, while in temporary quarters on temporary duty, the room I was in had a common bath room shared with a connecting room. I didn't even know that the temporary quarters were used for both male and female, without any separation. One day, after work, I was taking a shower. I didn't really think anything about the connecting door not being locked because if it was forgotten, would lock the adjacent room user out.
