I just realized that it's probably a marketing thing.

The internet and studios will probably pay a lot anyway for naked female models and the women know they're being paid a lot.

A good looking naked male model is eye candy to quite a few women, but is it enough to market and sell it? It's probably not sexual enough and the guys know it. So they sell it with BDSM, D/s, humiliation and other tags just to give it some marketable value. That could be the reason for their reluctance.
