Do you wear a cock ring?

Rings are the best. I have a vibrating double ring that goes around the shaft and balls. It definitely keeps me hard. And her happy. It's also why I try to stay shaved. I have yanked out a few pubes root and all. Not pleasant.

Sounds hot Crash!!!

just make sure you warm that thing up before you try to go sliding it on. cold steel on a cock is an eye opener for sure [/QUOTE said:
I put mine in the shower floor and let it get warm before I put it on. Much better warm than cold ;)

Me, I'm fine with the cold of the steel to begin. In fact, that is part of what keeps me 'down' while I put myself through it. Last thing you want is to get arousal going before you've folded your dick through the damn thing. Soon warms up. Should I say, 'soon hots up'!

Hey do I love all this ring talk goin on! Let's get out there, guys, and cheer the world with some fine bulges!

I had to call in on an acquaintance of mine couple of days back. I was in just shirt and tie and slim-fit jeans. She looked me up and down and grinned: "Simon, you're looking very dapper today!" She knew I knew what the grin was about - and that's what wearing a ring all day is about in my book.

Another pic. You may know I keep bees! But I post this here to show the 'ring effect' when I'm certainly not thinking about sex!
chunky steel ring, hugging briefs holding me 'up', slimfit denim - that's how I like to present.

I've spun a lot of honey....

Wow, klippert! That's great! I'm new. That pic was my first harvesting last September. Workers already out on the snowdrops here, pulling in the pollen big time: a good sign the queens are laying, right?

I thought a pic of one on would suit the thread?
This one's polished steel, 47.5mm inner diameter, nearly square in 'section' through the ring but with rounded edges for comfort. It's the one I have on most for day-wear, and the one my woman loves me to have on when we get busy.

There are European and American outfits which offer ones like this:
the 'Mr B' range which Esmale stocks in the UK,
the 'Master' from Gearessentials in the US, and others.
Note the very particular size. Anyone who makes steel rings without a whole range of internal diameters in close gradation, move on to another supplier.
A little too loose and it works no magic for you.
A little too tight and you have real pain when you're at full boner.
Just right size and it's a delight to wear, a real enhancement to your bulge, and a whole new heft, girth and hardness when you're doing the deed.

These things seem to be measured in inches across diameter. I took a shoe string and measured the length, then formed a circle as best I could, and the diameter came out to be right at 3 inches or slightly over. Did I do that right for making a purchase for a ring that is measured in inches? If so, what size would you recommend? Thanks again!

Rustable, something's amiss there unless you are one of the world's exceptional stallions! The huge majority of men will have a good fit with a 2" or 1.7/8th inch internal diameter. A lot of suppliers don't even do them bigger than 2" though the best do.

With the shoe lace, you want to be really snug around your scrotum right where it meets your crotch and meet at the root of your shaft. Whatever length of lace that is - your circumference - divide it by pi, that is 3.142, to give you the diameter.

In the US? These things in Europe are sold in millimeter internal diameter size which is convenient as the small gradation of sizes matters. So I generally wear a 47.5mm internal diameter, though I have a 50mm [that's a 2"] and a couple of 45mm which will get me seriously hard even when I am really tired but my woman wants me [Oh, life's hardships!] - but that size I really need to get off as soon as I go flaccid after sex as the grip is intense.

A hold which is pleasant yet definite when he's flaccid, and becomes really firm but not intense when he's erect, is what most guys need.

Good that you're exploring the practicalities on your thread! Loads of men silently wonder and you are helping them big time! Cheers!

Ha, that's too funny. No, I don't consider myself to a big ol boy by any means. I took a string and measured as you indicated and came up with 9 1/2 inches. So, I then divided 9.50 by 3.41 and came up with 2.7 inch diameter. That still seems to be higher than what is offered. I'm scratching my head on this.

The fixed ones (metal) are more difficult to size

I am too! I've just re-visited a webpage or two and I notice that gearessentials offer all of their range up to the 2" inner diameter size, and then a few of them one size up from that, 2.1/8". Given they are market leaders, I reckon one of those upper range sizes is gonna be grand for you. You might want to try for size with one of those sturdy [rather than stretchy] silicone ones which are cheaper, just to get the size right and a sense of whether you'll enjoy this. Do have in mind that the deeper the ring, the more comfortable a tight size will be, as the grip of it is spread over a broader band of your skin. - deeper, and rounded edges give for comfort in the hold.

Are there any well stocked sex shops near you where you could browse these things and pick up a couple of cheaper ones for trial purposes?

Yes, I'm going to visit one early next week and see what they have. I'm very anxious to see how it works out. Thanks again mate!

Why

Why not? I wear a steel one about 16 hours a day. Last week, I wore it like 40 hrs straight.I slept in my recliner and left it on overnight. No problems at all.

It's the super stretchy ones - rubber or silicone/rubber blend - that need to come off when the job is done. Fixed diameter, it's like spanky says. As happens I fell asleep with my steel on last night too and I'm totally fine and enjoyed the morning wood it enhanced [ -shucks, I needed to leave her sleep- ].

A cheap way to get started is to buy some from a hardware store, such as Home Depot or Lowes. It will help you find a good size and if they're your cup of tea.

Long Time User

I have been using cock rings (both make shift and commercial ones) for 20 plus years now. I actually feel kind of "naked" (pun intended!) without one, whether I am having sex with my wife or masturbating. Just love them!

I wear a cock strap, not a ring.

I love the way it slightly restricts the cum flow as my balls drain.....making for some very intense and forceful orgasms, especially when I have a marathon jerk off session.
