I have had pain in my right ball for years, and my urologist has me get it ultrasounded every so often to make sure it’s not cancerous or anything. (So far so good, all seems notnal.)I have had 2 instances of arousal in a medical situation.
Once with my primary care provider, a middle aged, but very sexy and flirty PA. One particular visit, she was wearing a flowery sundress and needed to inspect my junk. She seemed to take a little more time than the job required, and talked the whole time. Not overtly sexual, but definitely pretty flirty. I think she could sense my discomfort.
The other time was after I had foot surgery and the doctor was concerned about lingering swelling. He sent me for an ultrasound. I didn't realize it would be from ankle to groin! The tech was a younger, very flirty blond gal. As she got closer to my groin, the backs of her knuckles grazed my balls several times and she talked in a very friendly manner. I started to get hard, but tried everything I could to keep from it. I recalled that visit many times in private and played it through in my mind to completion. Lol.
Last time I had it done, was similar to your situation. They usually put a towel over your dick to make sure it a) doesn’t get hard and b) keep your junk out of their way.
But to do a full testicle ultrasound they have to remove the towel. Last time it was a really sexy milfy tech. She had to move the towel and I was already hard. Then the back of her hand kept on brushing my already hard dick. I was mortified. Finally I had to say I was sorry.
She was really cool about it, said it was fine - normal and natural and explained a lot of guys aren’t so lucky. They often have Ed, are impotent or something worse.
Nothing more happened than this, but it was nice chatting to this woman as I was so aroused. I have a total medical fetish thing going on….
My wife is a retired ultrasound tech and she stopped seeing male patients because of this. It was too uncomfortable for her. She finished her career in OB/GYN practices.
