Does real life CFNM happen? Do women ever enjoy being in that position?

I've only experienced the opposite but my mind rolls through the cfnm fantasy frequently. It's appealing for a few reasons..

No self conscious pressure on the woman especially if she's wearing something in which she feels really good; her mind can focus on appreciating the delicious guy in front of her. From the male side I can agree with the above. When the women that can relax & accept the men are only there for the enjoyment of the women. It understandable that for women it isn’t easy.

Likewise I have known men that struggle when there are other men in attendance. I think it is something of feeling that won’t live up to expectations or bad shame etc.

When bit sexes just enjoy it for fun & that it is only happening for them ladies pleasure it is so much fun

I wish I had the chance to be that man! I never was able to talk my late wife into it. We discussed this a lot, and she would tease me by offering names of friends she might like to join us. She always ended with "I just think I can go through with it."

Odd, but I was in for a week and none of that happened. Not at all.

It does happen. I had abdominal surgery once as well. After I'd woken up from the surgery, my bed was wheeled back to my room, where I spent the night simultaneously sleeping and not sleeping – a really weird feeling, by the way. Of course, I was still fully naked at that time. The next morning, I easily could have gotten up and at least put on some underwear, but I'm used to sleeping naked at home and so I didn't. Besides, there were still bandages and stuff that I did not want to mess with. Much later that day, the female doctor who had performed the operation came in to check up on me, accompanied by two nurses. Thinking that I'd already put on some clothes, the doctor pulled back the bed sheet with one quick move, only to be surprised and embarrassed. The nurses were more amused.

By the way, before that surgery, I had those same female nurses come in to prepare me for it. First, I was told to strip completely. Then, one thing they had to do was shave my abdomen. The nurse doing that made a point of shaving extra low "because sometimes doctors need to go there" and she also laughingly assured me that I needn't worry, as she was "only going to remove hair". That was for a minimally invasive gall bladder operation, so the low shaving really was not needed and she knew it.

Since I'm gay, I didn't react in any way, by the way. I just wanted my medical issue resolved...

From the perspective of the male who is turned on by the idea of CFNM, a big part of the turnon is being naked in front of women who I have not been intimate with, the vulnerablitiy of them seeing me while I have not seen them. With my wife, being naked is just, well, just part of a normal day.

The few I had, were when I was young. There was a close call when I was a little older, but it didn't work out and that was a weird unlikely confluence of things.

For women to be comfortable with this happening spontaneously, I think it'd have to happen in a well-lit, public place, with other women, with all of them being in the mood for it or just being in a good/goofy mood.

Granted we all wore tunics that hit mid thigh or longer or kilts, but to gain entrance you had to be checked to see if you were a "proper Scotsman" . Personally, I find porn-CFNM to be phoned-in and less satisfying, as the CFNM element is just there as a delivery system to get to the sex scene. On the other hand, CFNM scenarios in mainstream TV/movies (usually comedies) really turn me on, the male character is embarrassed while being objectified by the ladies and there's a whole story involved.

There's a LOT of this content in Portugal/Brazil comedies and telenovelas.

Most of my stories are CFNM themed, with varying degrees of plausibility.
