The only practical measure would be one that indicates the useful portion of the tongue, or that part of it that protrudes beyond the lips when it is estended. The rest is just foundation. I suppose this yahoo on page 1 is the same sort who figures that the fact that his girlfriend "has a pair of 38Ds" is germane to any discussion of their relationship, right?

One possibility would be to put inch marks on someone's 15 inch dick (internet measurement standards, of course) and then mark off where the tongue could reach.
