Ive been here.... just kind of sitting still .... Have had my bro in and out of the hospital with a blood clot in his heart. And have been watching his kids . I know it is just a matter of time..and it just makes me heart sick. Plus with me..I worry so much about the kids.

But getting thru it one day at a time. Don't worry please... I'll be ok..see that bird at the bottom...... I need to think this way . Or I'll cry all the time... and GAWD I hate doing that ...LOL
Makes me wrinkle ....

I love your idea of the pheonix..I wish I could see the picture at the bottom of your sig line, but it always comes up as a broken link.
