Actually as long as the guy is disease free, no harm from his ejaculate. Its the other bacteria on the skin of his penis that could lead to serious bladder infection. Unless the guy has an internal infection, then yes, ejaculate is sterile (as is Urine) since the process of producing it does not include intestinal bacterial flora. All the components of Ejaculate are produced by the male's organs and travels down the exact same tubes as the urine does. Now stuff coming from the intestinal tract, that's another story.
