Drafts asking for feedback

The description for this part of the forum is:

Post your feedback about Literotica stories you love or hate!

What's confusing about that?

If you want help with editing your story go to the "Editor's Forum" or "Story Ideas" or something.

Sure, you can twist this sub-forum into "give me feedback on my work in progress" and if the moderators don't do anything, it will become something other than what it is advertised to be. But then it loses its purpose. People who come here for "feedback about Literotica stories" will just walk away, and other people who don't realize the sub-forum's new purpose, won't visit.

Been away a few days and am pleasantly surprised at the level of interest and positive comment.

I find that SF has become a bit of a down-in-the-mouth mongrel. It seems clear to me that threads connected to 'nipples', 'SCOURIES reader', 'Lit's most votes/comments' and any reference to contests, especially 'AIR', do not belong here but rather the AH.

Why has moderation not cleansed the Aegean stable? Because the moderator said the threads belonged here. Please change the moderator immediately. He clearly disagrees with the majority opinion expressed here and, purportedly, the ethos of the owners regarding the forum.

I also have a minor quibble about the number of 'can't find a story' posts, which surely shouldn't be here.

Let's get the forum back to a review of posted stories but there is a bit of tidying-up required first.

Tx is brilliant with his mentoring program but there is a gulf as great as the Grand Canyon between EF and SF. A lot of newbies want a read-over to tell them if they are rubbish and EF, not fit for purpose as well, offers little editing help and an off-putting approach. The forum has become more cerebral, erudite and plain cantankerous than I suspect was ever envisaged.

I just throw out a question to ask how we bridge the gap between the failures of EF and not wanting SF to become a quasi-substitute?
