No Ebony I don't think the males are better suited to chastity but I do think those females that crave it at least to see if it is for them or not..very very seldom ever get the chance for that experience.
I have heard of more fem subs in chastity when owned by Dommes than by Doms though.

Here's a real world sample of what a chastity device must be capable of handling for me:
- Run 5 miles and work out 3-4 times a week
- Attend work and meetings on a daily basis with no degree of notice
- Swim in a pool or the ocean on ocassion
There is only one device I know of that I could not escape from. That would be a device made by a woman called "Mistress Lori", that requires a piercing. It consists of a steel tube that covers the penis. Even so, this device has a small padlock that could be defeated with the right tools. Now as far as being able to do all the things I mentioned above, I would have to say the answer is a definite no.

I am asking if you have knowledge of a way to escape the Carrrera belt without destroying it...such as cutting through the metal in some way.

Carrera belt
I wan't sure what type of belt this was at first, but figured out that it is the Goethals design. I checked out the web site and looked at the pics. Here is what I'd have to say about this type of device: First: I have a very flat abdominal area. I have tried a similar device to this and found that unless it was excrutiatingly tight, that I could meneuver out of it, when I lay on my back. Second, after taking a look at the most secure design, the tumbler to the lock is exposed. You could easily defeat the lock with a drill and a bit (this is pretty easy to do) although, the lock would be permanently damaged if you did.

For me the device would have to be very unobtrusive and allow me to continue the very physical and contorted positions my work requires. As such, the CB 2000 / 3000 series do not look like realistic solutions. I found a "cock sock" made of SS chainmaille, reasonably priced at about $70 USD.
