Used Fleet enemas before but who has time for all that! I now just unhook the shower massage head and after lubing up really well, insert the tube in while warm water trickles out and fills me up very slowly. This is KEY and you cannot have too much pressure. A slow trickle works for me. The tube has a round head on it that seals me up well so it doesn't just run out. I sometimes use lots of soap inserted with my fingers first and this is plenty of clean up for me.

Emmcee - I am amazed that you can get it all out in 10 minutes. my typical routine when I get to do it is to do one bag, hold, void, then do a second - the second goes in a lot easier and comes out much cleaner - but, I still "drip" considerably afterwards.
