Personally I'm a fan of the "don't involve unwitting others in your kink" general rule.

Nevertheless, flashing of body parts (male or female) is pretty far down there on the list of public behaviors that I find truly objectionable. Most of the items on the top of that list are things done by kids over whom no adult seems to be exerting effective control.

As an aside and speaking of kids, my suggestion to any parent faced with a flasher when kids are in tow would be to treat this as a teachable moment.... i.e., how *not* to react to something that is clearly a harmless and silly attempt to provoke.

As a member of the second school it saddens me that the first school gets all the attention. I do understand that when confronted with exposed male body parts a person, especially females, respond with concern that they are encountering the first school of male.

I will say that when I was walking around all naked and such and all hard and such at a sex club and a group of 20something females "club lookers" walked around a corner and damn near ran into my standing-tall-pee-pee it was a thrill for me when they all sorta gasped - but that was at a sex club and they payed the fee to get in.

I guess I wouldn't have much trouble with basic flashing, it is when a more sinister aspect as in taunting or "chasing" comes into play that it is bad.
However, most people in this US of A are not going to agree with me. They think that the human form in all of its naked glory is dirty and ugly, I think it is something to be viewed and enjoyed in whatever shape it takes (bigger or smaller build).
That being said even though it would not bother me to be flashed even if my children were with me (I have 3 preteen sons they would probably love it lol) it is not something that most people want to deal with or have to face it.
It would have to be a situation where nudity where maybe not common wouldn't be frowned down upon. IMHO

I think this was easier as we were in our car driving by, he was in a vacant lot facing the intersection we were coming through....sort of removed any immediate danger and from memory I joked that some people just don't get enough attention in their lives and have to resort to flashing strangers driving by.

That is what I have done as well Cat. My boys have been raised to be proud of their bodies and not ashamed. Which is why if they saw someone flash, of course without it being a threatening situation, they would probably giggle a little from the shock but wouldn't think much of it beyond that.
