"Don't Look Now" in 1973 with Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie. If you can find it, watch it. Scary psychological character study. Not a fast horror film but it was scary to me. The sex scene was strong for a main stream film. Some people thought they weren't acting.

There were several that were mentioned that I agree with but one that I did not see here anywhere...perhaps because it might be an older B & W but "The Fox" with Mia Farrow there is a lesbien kiss in this movie that really got to me but then I was in my early teens then.

I have to agree with The English Patient. The actor's performance make the scene incredible and extremely erotic. There is also a decent scene with Juliette Binoche and Naveen Andrews as well. Classic movie.
