I'd get one if I had the money and for it's intended purpose even!
That one is made by the same company as the one I got, though it looks like it has a few more options and functions, and I believe it might even be for less money.
I did try the one I bought, and it works fine. It's got a very strong pulsation on it's high settings, but the device doesn't come with very much documentation. And most of the settings are based on symbols, so you have to experiment to see what you like and what you don't and how strong of a setting.
That said, it seems to have everything that the empi TENS unit has that my physical therapist got for me. Theirs is a professional medical device, and works the same way, has the same settings, etc. I like my empi a little better only because I am used to it. I plan to give the one I bought online to my parents since they are getting older and having more health issues.
All in all, I'd say you really can't go wrong with this for 20 bucks. That's not much more than a big bottle of motrin, and you'd probably get more use out of this.
OK 30 min ago the new unit arrived.
I haven't used a tens unit since my early 20s in the chiropractors office. So this was almost new to me.
Right off the bat it feels like the random twitching i usually have. Cant control that shit but this can be at least where placed where it could be useful.
The shoulder massage was very nice.
This unit has settings for different body areas and patterns of massage.
Right now i'm using the one for waist/lower back. And I must say its rather interesting.
I usually only have these little blips and twitches after 6 or 7 orgasms. So this is freakin neat. (no i haven't turned the power up very high yet, electricity and i dont have a good history)
