Hm, thought I'd replied to this thread already.
I definitely would change genders if I could, preferably if it came with all the knowledge that one needs to live as the opposite sex. I personally would be female if I had the choice but I'm accepting enough of the gender I got at birth that it would be more hassle than it's worth to go through the process nowadays. Still, if there were a magic spell to do it I absolutely would switch, even for a brief period (e.g. 24 hrs). As far as switching with someone else and then doing myself, sure, why not?
