The saddest part is that they believe that what they say is "true" when it isn't. In this instance the House can impeach any sitting Fed Judge and remove them. They don't even need a reason to do it other than "unqualified." So the idea that these new appointees can't be removed, is bogus bullshit.

They keep trying to foist this claptrap on the world and that is why they lost the election. They truly believe the fake propaganda they promote. Their echo chamber polls, which lean heavily left, told them that they had a winner in Kamala and a loser in Joe, so they pushed the replacement narrative. Those same polls also told them that Trump was going to try to cheat and manipulate the election results. So they tightened security, locked all the ballots up, and scrutinized everything twice just to make sure that no one could do anything nefarious.

In the end, the polls were wrong and their security improvements resulted in THEM not being able to stuff the ballot boxes themselves. Believing their own propaganda is what cost them the election; bad candidate, bad ideology, false polling results, and giving credence to the lies they created resulted in them not seeing the truth as it played out in front of them. To their ultimate and humiliating downfall.

Aileen Cannon was one of the judges approved after Trump lost the election.
