Yes they are. They're what's known as a Hegar urethral sounds. The biggest I do is the one just to the right of the center of the case.

Agreed. I could definitely use some more girth, but its VERY good at what it does. But my wife has a 1.75" dia rabbit that I will use from time to time, but it takes some working to get in, and by that point Im so worked up I cum SUPER quick.
