I've tried different variations of trimming and shaving from just knocking the top off my patch to shaving it all. I've settled on shaving my ballsack and trimming above. I keep my belly trimmed short too and allow the hair to gradually get longer as it nears my cock. Still pretty short at its longest though. If this was a pic thread (and if I knew how) I would post and show it.

As one that has done both, there are some differences between shaving and plucking (Brazilian/epilation) hair. One, after plucking it is smoother as nothing of the hair remains just below the surface of the skin. Two, new hair growth from plucking is softer as it is not the continued growth of shaved-off hair, which can cause itching. Three, plucking does not need to be done as often as shaving to remain smooth.
