Yes!

I was very interested in reading the responses from other people to this question as I do orgasm from the written word. My mind is very fertile and if the writing is creative and descriptive enough, my brain believes what it reads is really happening. Then it convinces my body that the correct action is to orgasm. Sometimes these orgasms are small and sometimes they are as intense as any physical orgasm. This doesn't happen from reading a story but from interacting with a man online with whom I have formed a special connection. I found it to be a little strange when it first happened, but now I find it addictive. It is heartening to know that others have found this capability for pleasure.
