Hateful feedback-result of mis-categorizing?

No, my purpose was to write a story for myself, not to piss anyone off. Once written I chose to share it. I already stated my reasons for posting in LW.

And then your reasons for then bringing it up here?

(Boy, glad I didn't take a look at this one.)

:: sigh :: In other words, your purpose from the beginning was to anger the camp that likes cuckold stories, and poke fun at the people who like revenge stories.

Big surprise you got hateful feedback there.

Wonder if I can get a credit for the posts I wasted in this thread...

Come on. You've seen the comments in LW. Haven't you ever wanted to throw a hand grenade in just for fun :D

No, actually I lobbed in a dummy grenade to see how many would jump on it. Few did at first, but there's been a flurry of them lately ( It popped up onto page 1 of the category toplist for a day or three )

Well in the third paragraph the character did say what he was doing wasn't BDSM:

The next two years I spent learning a new way of sex, a new way of relation. Perverting BDSM into an unethical code of physiological twisted code, I refined my techniques with many partners and mentors, so many because once they had seen what was inside me, they quickly moved on wanting to have no part in my darkness. A few wondered if they had trained the next serial killer, others just stopped talking to me, avoided my gaze whenever we found ourselves in the same area together.

I managed to read up to the middle of chapter 5 before I got bored, and I have to say the content is actually pretty mild for it's theme (sadistic revenge). Such stories usually have outright torture, and sometimes snuff.

The story isn't scary, so I don't really see it going to erotic horror. It's not outright non-con either, but the ex-wife agrees to her new life out of fear, and the husband keep lying, manipulating, and scaring her into her servitude, so I think it would count as reluctance. That and the content seem like it would be more of interest to the non-con/reluc crowd.
