Have Any Guys Here Tried Supplements for Bigger Cocks or More Semen?

What does it do, in your experience as opposed to the marketing claims?

My unscientific opinion was that it increased ejaculate volume. Shortly after I began taking pygeum, I started taking zinc, nitric oxide, L-Arginine, L-citrulline. The wife commented about the size of my deposit having increased.

I think I read an article a long time ago that mentioned most if not all of those nutrients. I guess I need to look for all of those when I'm looking at supplements. I also read that "horny goat weed" is a real thing, but it doesn't actually do much. Same with Spanish fly.

Save your money on the Spanish fly and anything that claims to make you “bigger”…there is no magic pill for that.

There are supplements that do help with blood flow though. Most include some mixture of the aforementioned ingredients posted above and will work to varying degrees. You can go to your local GMC and pick out each one or do some one stop shopping with others.

At the end of the day a lot comes down to the things none of us like to hear; diet, exercise, and stress levels. I can trace my ED problems to all three if I‘m honest. Get better rest, stop drinking,, stop smoking (yeah even you 420 boy) and get your ass out of the recliner.

I cut back to one to two supps a day to make it last (cheap bastard that I am) and have basically weened myself off viagra. YMMV

I've tried the gas station brands a couple times. I like the rhino ones. They also have a gummy which tended to make me horny as shit. Kept my dick getting hard out of the blue for close to a week. Also had good results with little magic
