I meant to imply you are a sexist pig saying that Primalex gets to have an opinion whereas the rest are merely cunts. The "cunts" were in fact, relaying salient information to BalletBound, rather than attacking. Attacking the "cunts" is what YOU did.

BalletBound, will, I hope understand that and post in ways that do not violate the rules or irritate in the future. Hopefully she got enough contacts to wank online with to take care of that emphatic "need" for a while and will contribute to the board in more responsible ways.

Seela, about whom you introduced the ever-so-mature term "cuntiness," is a treasured friend in these parts. She is also, bar none, likely the single nicest person who posts regularly in this forum. Since you just dropped in at random to bless us with your ego, you probably hadn't noticed that by the time she started this thread, she had pissed off practically all the regulars by spamming the same message in nearly every extant thread. Given that background, Seela's remark to the OP was the height of courtesy. A more appropriate reply would have involved suggesting an anatomically impossible but highly popular act of self-love.

Hardly an attempt to offer "a complete analysis of my psyche," as you put it. Merely an explanation for why your remark, which you thought was warranted, received such a strong reaction. Explaining what others do usually doesn't work well as analysis of anyone's psyche, but perhaps you're special? Perhaps you've also noticed that reporting posts, both with the report tool and by PM to Laurel, don't always work instantaneously. As it's not always evident that such reporting has happened, others often enter the fray to have their fun, as you did.

nope, it doesn't work instantaneously, but she usually gets round to it.

Perhaps only in retrospect. I do recall the agony at the time, too. There have been many, many people over the years who have disrupted the boards for a few months...

Most stop after that (until some of them start again). That's instantenous and doesn't add to the workload of the mods. They have lots to do as it is already.

We've got one mod who comes to the boards rarely, from all indications. So your post was hardly an unreasonable response to start with.

Yup, whatever the amount of mods I still don't see how it would be nicer to just report people than assuming that they want to play by the rules and giving them the chace to change their behaviour accordingly.
