I'm really liking the way your body looks in the dead on shots. I don't know how it'd look but have you tried lowering the camera a bit so it's pointing up towards you? May look like shit I'm just kinda curious how that angle would turn out.

Rub to your heart's content, OAP. Thanks. The legs are still a struggle. I tweaked a hamstring again about a week ago. I think my hamstrings are nothing but scar tissue at this point. Then there's the bad knees.

I've tried it occasionally and usually was not happy with the results. That perspective tends to make me look pudgy. I'll try to find one that looks halfway decent and post it for you when I get the chance.
