Well one of the big issues that men don't think about until later in life is.......testosterone. Are you on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)? I mean, I know we can increase our testosterone through brief (less than an hour) weightlifting sessions while cutting back on aerobics such as distance running and biking. That being said, aging STILL causes a significant lowering of tes. Yours or anyone's comments are appreciated.

Hello, Kip. Valid question at my age, but no, to date I have not felt the need for TRT. Certainly my testosterone levels are not what they were 20 years ago, but I'm happy enough with where I'm at. The big difference I see is recovery time, both in the gym and, frankly, in the bedroom.
