This was on video. The dead man definitely reached into his pants and made a "dangerous gesture". The cop's partner was clearly visible - meaning the story would not be his and his alone. The other witnesses in the region all backed the cop's story - exactly. The dead man had posted suicidal thoughts on his facebook page.
