I had a gf surpise me with Ben Gay on my equipment once. Just for fun!
She didn't think it was fun after I cleaned up and took a crop to her for a slow 20 minutes.

ooh yeah, that stings. vicks and tiger balm are good. I've used ginger as well to good effect. I'm a pussy when it comes to muscle rubs and things like that though. My skin is really sensitive and crappy, inside and out.
