Looks like flash paper. Very hot but burns quick. never seen it placed like that.

if you use rope with your wax be careful. its hard to get out of rope after its melted in. Better to use some you wont mind having wax on ...cause it could be for a while.

if its flash paper make sure who ever is doing it is very experienced and has a second (person) to assist and to handle a fire extinguisher for just in case problems. it should come very wet and careful handling. its usually not put on that thick bundled together but of course thats a video that was done for effect.

Using a wand or fire glove will produce a similar burn. you don't want anything burning on your skin for more than 2 or three seconds max if you don't want burns to take home with you. Anything using a open flame you should be very careful with. Some think its not a big thing but they are not the ones usually getting burned. a guy on Fet life wasn't being careful producing a video a few years ago and burnt a girl pretty bad.

I mentored with fire with both sexes that were Dom(mes) that i would consider both experts in different methods of fire play. They harped on being careful. I still after a four or five years have paperwork from one session i could copy a small book about things to have and set-up to be careful with and to have with you when you do fire play.

Knowledge is power.
The idea of letting someone that didn’t have full confidence in their abilities to do any of this near me would be unacceptable.
Fire, flame and heat are all potentially damaging.
Safety > Sexy
