Congratulations on your job. That's a great feeling.

But I'm wondering if you disclosed the fact that you have a terminal disease or that you may have to take a long leave of absence to get chemotherapy or radiation. I don't know exactly what type of cancer you have or if that type of therapy is necessary, but I think it's only fair that your new employer has that information.
