Seriously, though, I hadn't meant to make out like I felt I was deprived. I really think times have changed - and I am meeting younger men who are truly more willing to please their partners. THIS IS A GOOD THING - to all the young ladies out there!
But there was a long time, back in the '70s and '80s where finding a man who actually enjoyed oral sex with a woman was rare. I can even remember times of doing a "69", where he would be kissing and licking my thighs - staying away from the "crucial" area! Also, back then there were a LOT of jokes - really tasteless. Now, if you were a young woman of 18 and heard the following from a man you were dating, what would you think?

Yeah. Tasteless. But a popular joke at the time, leaving women feeling icky about themselves. One thing that helped turn that around was a letter I read in either Playboy or Penthouse or one such men's mag. A woman wrote in saying her husband/b/f refused oral sex with her and wondering if it were really that bad. The response was: "There is absolutely nothing bad or distasteful about a clean, healthy woman." That single line helped turn my thinking around. But it did take time.
I have to admit, that I'm not truly in this gal's position. Having experienced men who like giving oral sex, and who are good at it, I would now expect it and be disappointed if he was not into it. But, we can't miss what we never had, right?
ynatrib must come to some conclusions on what she wants to do. Changing a man's mind about this can be difficult at best. The only other thing I can suggest is to talk to her doctor - sometimes there is a slight infection that can cause a slight displeasing odor or taste, no matter how much a woman practices good hygiene. And she may not feel "sick" or know that there is anything wrong. I just wish her well in however she decides to handle this!
