I typically get 6-10 a day, depending on what and how much I have been posting. I can't really reply to them all, it would just take too long, but I do read them all, but I only respond to the really interesting ones.

When I post pics (I am a crossdresser) I get a few per day, the naughtier the pics, the more I get. I once posted a couple pics pretending to be a woman in the Amateur picture thread, and holy shit, was the response different, got dozens of responses in the first hours afterwards. I deleted the posts in that thread, and wouldn't pretend to be a woman again. Actually got some nasty anonymous hate mail from someone who figured out I was a CD...

I hate cold PMs. Most senders never read my bio that says I only chat about my writing. A lot of PMs are insulting. About 1 in 3 tell me the length of their penis in their opening contact. Some people make up an alt to send the PM! Doubt that? I always check the profile of the sender. Quite often, the user was created THAT day. So the first thing a noob on this site wants to do is ask me to chat? No ... I probably know their regular username or they don't want to be called out. Oddly, if I snap back at them, they say I'm the rude one.

It depends on a few things.
If one of my stories or recordings has posted recently. I get PMs about those.
If I post something salacious, I get clusters of PMs.
If I just come online a couple of friends PM.
About once a week I get a newbie PM (which I try to be nice and I refer them to my profile).

I don't encourage PMs and in so doing don't get many. I like to read the posts and occasionally comment on them - it's only after doing that that I seem to get the odd PM but they're mostly "What are you wearing at the moment?", "Are you feeling horny?" and suchlike. Some are polite, asking if 'we' can chat but I don't have much to say anyway so tend not to reply.
