I understand what you mean by it being a term of endearment, but I was raised up saying Sir or Ma'am as a kinda of means of respect. So kinda natural to me, and sometimes I don't mean nothing by it except a simple greeting of hello.

Funny how a simple word like Ma'am or Sir can mean so many different things to so many different people.

Dominant women appear to far outnumber submissive men. What advice can you give to a man who wishes to explore his submissive side? I am not sure where to even begin.

One thing you can do, is take advantage of online forums like this one and you should get a notebook out and put it by your computer. As you look through many of the posts that Dommes make, take notes on the ones that catch your interest. After a while you can begin to form a mental image of the type of Domme you are looking for.

It is always helpful to know as much as you can about yourself and what your looking for. I find it is always helpful to write things down that you discover about yourself. It helps to sorta focus your thinking, instead of it all just swirling around if you know what I mean.

Having a good idea of the type of Domme your looking for and knowing about yourself is an important first step in meeting a Domme. Because, when the moment arrives and you do have the chance to meet some, for possible conversation, they will aprreciate a person who knows themselves and is not wasting their time. Its always ok to say I don't know or I am not sure as I am new and just willing to explore, as long as that is honest.

So my advice, though a bit scattered...is, while you are waiting on the opportunity to meet a Domme, use the time wisely and prepare for that meeting that will eventual come.
