Okay this description might get lengthy but here goes.
A nice homade toy.
attach hooks to the celing on either side of a room as well as to the floor boardparallel to the celing hooks (make sure the width of the room isn't more than about 15 feet.) Get elastic (the same grade as those bungee chords you'd use to tie your trunk down. Secure the elatsic to the hooks and "cuffs" on the other end (I use 1 pound ankle and wrist weights which can be purchased at most excercise oreinted stores for about 10$ per set) When the sub is standinin the middle of the room you can secure them there spread eagle. The elastic ropes will force their legs and arms apart. This method also works if you secure the hooks to either side of the room and also to the wall which the sub would be facing. As a result their legs will be spread while their torso is bent forward. You can connect the elastic right in front of them or near the corners of the wall depending on whether you want their arms to be spread or straight out in front of them The tesion is incredible not unbearable though. In any case make sure that.
the elastic cords connected to the sub are taunt enough or they'll be able to move around to much. Also make sure that your celing and floor boards are strong enough to use so that you won't destroy your house
This whole project (with just two sets of rings the elastic and both sets of weights only costs 37$) well for me any how
I am currently making Himself 2 new speader bars... for me of course!
He bought me 2 preturned posts from DomDepot... the spindle kind that are used for stairways and such... I have sanded them down and added the primer and when I get home tonight I will add the first coat of enamel to them....
I like the weight of the wood and I the sturdiness of it too...
A good fishing department will offer you wieghts and the hardware to attach them to a number of things. I like to find hardware thar turns (allows spinning) and that prevents the wieght from twisting.
I'm kinda of thinking that these new toys are really for you.
