Not for cosmetic reasons but they put you at very high risk of skin cancer. The one on your right shoulder in particular is of concern to me. If you have it removed I recommend that you also request that it be sent to the lab to check for cancer cells.

I don't mean to be put a damp blanket on such a warm fire. Your breasts are totally gorgeous and I am just commenting on the moles out of concern.

I do get them checked regularly—the one you mention hasn’t changed, etc. but is under watch to be safe. I have a standing appointment each fall at a specialist.
