In the event anyone is still interested...

Proof that I'm trying. :)

I love dietary experimentation. I've tested my glucose and ketones with various dietary input over time, monitored my state in ketosis and through variable levels of carbohydrate and protein intake, tried exogenous ketones, had dna and fecal testing to assess my dietary, fitness, and gut microbial profiles, and experimented with various supplements.

My family has been Paleo since the ancestral health movement began around 9 years ago. We eliminated FODMAPs (foods with high fermentability in the small intestine) to address my daughter's SIBO, introduced pre-and probiotic foods, and experimented with autoimmune protocols, and intermittent fasting.

I honestly love everything about nutrition and diet. But, exercise... ugh.

I am more of a look at the food and say "ahh that won't make me fat" kinda person

But if you need a partner for some strenuous and rewarding exercise...I am your man!;)

Your more heavily involved in the nutritional side of things, I'm more simplistic. Balanced diet, watch my carbs, little or no sugars and walking...lots of walking. Something my father told me a long time ago about diet and losing weight has stayed with me. He felt the best diet was small portions and pushing back away from the table forgoing second helpings. He referred to it as the push back diet. I'm coming to terms with diet and fitness all being about balance so good luck to you.

I'm pretty much a workout freak, so if you would like some training ...

Perfect! It's the reward part that usually catches me up. I hate that the soreness happens the next day and the muscles don't happen for weeks. Hardly seems fair.

Yeah, I have to overthink most things I do. Your way is more than sufficient. :)

Thanks for the offer. I have a problem with people telling me what to do. Well, in that circumstance, anyway. ;)

I certainly understand that. I can't do any group workouts. Too many years of coaches screaming at me. I'm sure I can find other ways to communicate.

sexy, I too worked out today...but would love the thrill of a lustful workout with you...the sweat, the stamina, the give and take...and give and give again... to explore every curve, every inch of you.

UGH! I didn't sleep last night. I had my night class then I had to make sure my son packed everything for his move to DC today. And, knowing we had to wake up early meant I couldn't sleep deeply. :(

I think I've been thinking too much. I need a mental vacation where my mind shuts down. But still... have you ever wished that we didn't have such Puritanical prohibitions against sex? Wouldn't it be great if we could sustain our loving relationships and still engage in sexual practices with others the way we go out to lunch or a ball game? I'd love to be able to say to my husband, "Mike has this great beard now and we've arranged time this afternoon for me to feel it between my legs. Then I'll run to the store and pick up stuff for dinner" in the same manner I'd say "I'm going out to lunch with Susan and then shoe shopping." Why can't it all be the same? Both bring pleasure and neither has to disrupt one's home life.

Oh, well. My coffee is running low and I might as well get to work. At least the monkeys are awake and happy. :)

Have a stellar Friday, sexy friends!!!

I like your thinking here. If you can figure this out, let me know how I can make it happen. Please & thank you!

You know, I lost close to 70 lbs just by changing and altering my diet. I feel so much better and healthier. Thinking I should use some of the time I spend on here and put it to a more productive use, say maybe working out!

Nice legs by the way;)

I have very little idea what any of that means but it sounds interesting to read about.

If I did become as informed about such things, I would likely not modify my habits much. I was a distance runner and could not gain weight to save my life, until age, as it does to everyone, caught up to me. Now, I limit simple carbs, try to stay away from pre-pared and highly processed foods. On good days my plan involves crowding out anything harmfull, by denying myself little that is on my more or less ok list. I'm mobile most days, so tgat means all my meals on the run, and tgere are few things I can eat. I go for the (arguably) healthiest versions of menus.

The best thing I accidently found was Pollo Loco's black bean bowl. Ton of protein with lean, white meat chicken, broccoli, and black beans. Couple slices of avocado for some healthy fat.

Just don't get so small we can't see you and thank you again for fulfilling my request. Very nice, just like the rest of you.

I love your breasts .

What you are suggesting is wonderful in theory, but once you factor human feelings into it, it becomes more difficult. It would be wonderful if we could not feel insecurity and jealousy if our mate went to spent an afternoon with somebody else, but we as a species are not there yet. And I have to admit I would hate to see you go have sex with somebody else. I know it isn't evolved but that is just the way I am.

I've told my husband I'm open to hall passes, but he didn't want one, which generally means I don't get one. But, he didn't technically say no. ;)

That's awesome Weekender! Good for you. We should come up with a way to work legs together!

This sounds like a top-notch plan. Anything that reduces or eliminates sugars and prepared foods and emphasizes whole foods, constitutes an excellent plan.

Not a chance in hell of me getting too small - for better or worse.

I honestly wouldn't have a problem with it. My husband does, though. I suppose it's the protective possessive side of the male countenance. They say women are more emotional and more likely to become attached - that's simply not true for me. Not that I'm sociopathic or anything, but I do compartmentalize effectively.

What ever you are doing seems to be working well. You have a very beautiful body

You are quite kind. Thank you.

It is a good morning Katherine. I woke up on the right side of the dirt. I made it to the gym. And then I saw your pic while on the elliptical. Of course the picture makes we want to work out in a different piece of equipment. Modern. Very egronomical. As a matter of fact you don't even think of it as a workout. The designer clearly knew what he was doing.

I hope you have a great Sunday (rhymes with fun day!)

Cheers 💋

P.S. I meant to type "on a different piece". Damn Freudian slip.
