I made it back home uneventfully and on time. And, even better, the mom with the screaming baby who sat in the row behind me, managed to keep the baby quiet the entire trip (in my head, my disdain for crying babies is always countered with the finale of M*A*S*H). And, even better... the Rastafarian with the most overwhelming BO I've encountered in a while chose to sit 2 rows up and on the other side of me rather than in the row directly in front of me.

It's these tender mercies that get me through the day with a smile.

Now, back to the real world, or at least my world.
