In the event anyone is still interested...

Thank you all for the well wishes and good karma.

The good news is the ultrasound didn't detect any masses. The bad news is that it did detect several uterine fibroids. But, they're not that big a deal, in the scheme of things.

glad things were relatively OK...

This morning my mom told me about one of her friends who has a mass on her breast requiring follow-up. My mom was, naturally, a bit upset by this news.

So, I didn't want to tell her that I'm going in today for an ultrasound for a suspicious mass found during my annual exam on Monday. When I was 29 I had basal cell carcinomas removed. Having one form of skin cancer - even the most benign - makes one susceptible to all other forms of cancer.

When my father was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, I was around 40 and went for my first colonoscopy. Already, despite my relatively young age, I had precancerous polyps that were removed, thankfully. Had I waited until I was 50 to have the test, it could have been bad news.

While I do not suspect that today's ultrasound will reveal anything troublesome or problematic, I am a bit on edge given my history.

If you have karma points to spare and would like to share, I will gladly accept today. And, I'd be happy to return then tenfold when you are in need. In the mean time... I think I need to focus on some other areas of my life for a while.

Thanks -
K

Blessings and Prayers girl.

We are still hoping the best for you kitty...and yes, we are always interested in you!

TGIF sexy friends -

This morning I awoke with a sense of gratitude. I went to bed laughing a bit about my self-centeredness over slight discomfort in a bedroom that wouldn't cool down fast enough given the heat of the day. I am so incredibly fortunate that such 1st World problems are the extent of my challenges. I know many of my Lit friends have encountered and are currently facing tribulations that make me just want to hug and comfort them.

I also wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for the true genuine friends I've made on Lit. People come and go here, and some I rarely see post any more, but they continue to send me well-wishes and dirty pictures. For those people, if you are reading this... know that I value your companionship.

Math is by no means my strongest suit. But, if I'm computing correctly, I note that with over 3,000 posts and nearly 200,000 (!) views, either some of you have posted over 60 times here (well, I suppose that would include me, as well) or you check in, say ack and run away (maybe repeatedly - some of y'all have mighty odd proclivities ;) ).

What I'm getting at is this... if you've lurked here, I'd like to encourage you to step forward and simply say hello. I would like to acknowledge you and say thanks. We all know numbers mean things, but can be difficult to interpret, at times. However, I wouldn't want you to feel coerced to do anything outside of your comfort zone - including posting if you don't feel right doing it. I simply want to thank you for stopping in.

So, if you are so inclined, let me know you're in the shadows - just thinking about that fuels all manner of fantasies.

Have a super fantastic wonderful day you amazingly sweet and supportive men and women. I  all of you!!!!

:kiss::kiss::kiss:
K

I check on you regularly. I also recheck to see if I missed anything. And of course, I need to recheck my checks.
Well I'm oogling you constantly. Such a beautiful intelligent woman so sensual and arousing. You're the subject of my masturbation quite frequently.

Thanks again, folks. I appreciate the well-wishes. I am going to have a follow-up with an oncologist, after all. I don't expect anything to come of it, but, you know I don't want to jinx it!! :)

Take care sexy friends.
