I have decided to proclaim this an official "Happy Day." Only good news today.

The other day my husband and I went on a reeeeaaaalllly long walk and we were talking about the TV show Fargo and joking about finding money on the side of the road. Not 2 minutes later I started finding dollar bills on the ground! Only about $6, not nearly enough to be murdered over in my neck of the woods. How cool is that?

Some of my friends have taken in stray dogs recently and my FB feed is plastered with adorable puppy pictures (and one cat, but I let that one slide).

Yesterday it started to rain just as I was sharing my thoughts with Weekender about a story he wrote of a couple caught in the rain. It started raining where he is as he read my response. Such amazing serendipity!

I also found my very first Lit "love" on the internet through some masterful sleuthing. He was, in large part, the impetus for the book I'm writing. Our correspondence had a great impact on my self-exploration (both mind and body). He decided, based on factors that were relevant to why I began writing, to break off our online correspondence to focus on real life, about a year ago. I'm debating whether to violate his space and share my book with him.

I had several more kids sign up to work with me on a project I started at school and I've had great support from the professional ecosystem in my area. I had been down about that, too. But, it appears things are looking up on that front, as well. Yay!

So, my greatest challenge today will be deciding on a new manicure design. I have to live with it for nearly 2.5 weeks! I haven't decided on one, yet. But, you can be sure it will have glitter and will be sparkly!
