You are right. Sex is sex, but it's more than just sex when it's a relative. There is a different mentality. It's not like some one night stand that you never talk to again. And it also depends who it is with, how close you are together and the fact that it is illegal in most places so should you get caught, you can get in trouble and have to live in embarrassment.
for me there is not difference I enjoy giving a receiving pleasure I have had sex with my brother and enjoyed. as for illegal I don't think the police will be kicking in any doors. as for getting caught that just makes it more exciting.
