Ahh well I was kinda lazy tonight. Two of us had chicken pot pies and the other two grilled cheese and tomato soup. I absolutely love to cook! Normally I make a wonderful meal every night, just wasn't feeling too great today. What about you? Do you cook?

I cook all different types of food but Mexican is my specialty. Burrito casserole sounds really good. Going to have to make some Mexican food tomorrow night now.

Haha. We have Mexican probably three times a week. Taco soup is actually one of my family's favorites. I make homemade tortilla chips (both flour and corn) to go with it.
