Issues with Posting a New Story

My poem was published... still waiting on my story, and it's been weeks.

My story was stuck in the anus of literotica aka the "Pending" queue for over 2 weeks. I deleted it and submitted it as new today. Some people had success and I have nothing to lose. hth

I will say. I tried the same thing initially. I was about 8 days in and figured I might as well try it. Removed and re-uploaded my submission on 9/8. Now I'm still waiting.

I def won't be deleting and resubmitting again as it just sends you to the back of the queue.

It seems like some sort of bug in the submission process where some stories go into pending and just sit there.....happened to me and mine always go thru without an issue.

I did was delete the eending story completely and resubmit as a new story. It was published within 3 days.

I had reached out to Laurel on this and a couple of other things (competitions and events for 2026) and I sually here back from her within a few days but this time I heave had nothing at all back and neither have a few other people who have reached out to her - in particular on this pending issue.

I have four stories in pending. One has been in there for almost twenty days. Randi Black told me to delete it, then repost it and save it as a draft, then come back and repost it. Crickets. then the it has a running tracker on when it entered pending and that has ticked forward twice. My editor told me that four of his writers just gave up and went to Lush. Help

Forgive me, but this song is stuck in my head and I've got to get it out.

Gwanna jump down turn around pick a bale o cotton
Gwanna jump down turn around pick a bale o hay
Ohhh, lawdy, pick a bale o cotton
Ohhh, lawdy, pick a bale o hay!

Nope, that doesn't work either.
Lush sounds good!
