Jack and Jill party

I would love to host a Jill party. Several of the girls in our office and other businesses in the building are very attractive. It’s a big fantasy of mine to have them over for a Jill party. I think the easiest way would be to get the girls out for drinks after work on a Friday night. Get everyone good and (socially) lubed up, you being (pretending to be) the drunkest one. Then just say something like, "You all know that I'm not a lesbian (not that there's anything wrong with that!), but wouldn't it would be kind of fun just to, you know, jill off with a couple of girlfriends? Maybe have some wine and cocktails, maybe even some hors d'oeuvres, you know, make it like a cocktail party? No pressure, no touching, no GUYS... just chilling and jilling?"

If even one of the women smiles or giggles and says, "Actually, that does sound kind of fun" or "Oh my god, I've thought the same thing!", then you've broken the ice and can go from there. If they all look at you like you're made of cheese, then just giggle drunkenly and say, "Oh, fuck, I've had way too much to drink! Nevermind!" Then at least you've planted the seed, and maybe one of them will approach you about it some other time...

I honestly think if rules are laid down at the beginning, they should be strictly enforced. If you were to be more inclusive and invited guys, you’d have to be more strict about expectations. I’m a guy and it would make everyone feel more safe if rules were rules. (Too many creeps in this world)

Now after the party if someone wanted to explore some other feelings they had at the party, that’s different.

Gotta be a mix for my taste. Thought of a sausage fest kinda turns me off. I’m not in it for anyone to touch me but myself. It’s more voyeuristic for everybody.
 
How many people do you think would do a virtual one? How would one setup a technological solution?

I’m not much into watching guys jerk off and I love watching women masturbate. Hence the girls only party. Plus, I doubt the girls at work would want the guys from work there or other guys. Although some straight women may be okay with caressing or even kissing the no touching rule is so they don’t feel that it’s intended to be a lez fest.

Tell it to the one person in your office that can't keep a secret. Make it a girl's night with a showing of intimate enjoyment helpers (toys)
