no Dear Rybka, I knew you spellid it right, I was just having a flashback to my old Latin and world history classes. Deviant word association was all it was.. as for stress, me?? nah, Im not stressed, I sit here raisin' my critters and my younguns, ( i am southern, ya know) fry up some chitlins ever day or so...I like canadians, they talk funny...hehe,.. and new hampshire? yep, I like the little liquor warehouses/outlets on the side of the interstate..that was cool.. actually, I've only met a few people in my life I didnt like and they were related to me!!! hope ya'll have a lovely day!!

Well thank you both. Canadians are nice poeple who talk funny.

But gather round and darkmaas will reveal Canadians' dirty little cross border secret. There must be something about the ice and snow. Maybe it's the flannels. But, put a Canadian face to face with someone of the opposite sex who speaks with a southern drawl...well the blood rushes south from the head and the Canadian goes all moist. You may have noticed this Sure on your visits.

Don't believe me? Well it's a well recorded phenom. As evidence another set of lyrics:

Trust me, the southern drawl is overrated. And, though I wish I could shed mine, it does occasionally attract some interest from the fairer sex. I don't know why, but, then, mine is not to question (as my initial post has proven.)

Dearest Darkmaas

I have a little known gift, my daddy called it that. If you were to meet me face to face, you might not even be able to tell I am from the south when I speak. My hubby even told me he thought I was from Vermont well, I can speak in several accents, irish is my absolute fave though, and Im pretty good at some of the slavic and well, I type southern better than I speak it. I do an awesome Mae west, if you know what I mean.

The blood goin south? Is that a good thing ?? Personally, when I hear a man with a drawl, my first response is, Hey, is there a race on? Nascar, eeww.. hate it, but have to learn to live with this race fan husband of mine. he puts up with all my quirks, i have to give him some credit. ( maybe I should do an audio poem someday..anyone interested hehe, might be sort of funny)
I forgot to wish you Happy Canada Day, so, happy Canada Day thats a'boat it ( giggle)
