So, to clarify, these aren’t men that were rude or mean, per se...they were ones I had long term things with. It’s actually worse. Imagine thinking someone was really into you and THEN getting fucked over. Imagine completely opening up to someone only to have them rip your soul apart. Giving them everything. All your time and attention.

But hey, fool me once...and all that. That’s why I no longer want to open up and let people in. It’s too painful.

I’ll take the common douchebag over the insidious gaslighting one any day.

And I can say that it is NO ONE who has ever commented in this thread 🥰
 
I've never quite understood the mentality of people who can "flip the switch" and go from a seemingly good relationship to "you're the spawn of Satan Paul!". It's probably a good thing that I don't get it.

On the amusing side - I kind of liked the upside down video. There is a lot to be said for upside down activities.

I’ve been ghosted on by a couple of ladies I met here, and that hurts bad enough. Getting your heart broken and soul shredded is a lot worse. I’m sorry you went through that.
