I practiced law for a number of years and I probably handled over 500 divorces. Here is what I can tell you based on that experience. If a couple is still having sex no matter what else is wrong in their marriage, there is hope. When a couple is no longer having sex, their marriage is finished. They may continue to live together as friends but the marriage is over.

If you both keep doing what you've been doing, you'll both keep getting what you are getting. The only REAL decision, is whether you BOTH want it like that. If not, no more excuses, do something about it.
I am speaking from experience in that I quit my job as the major wage earner BECAUSE of the 12 hour days and 7 day weeks. Amazingly, that was the beginning of a change that resulted in a recruiter coming to me with a significantly higher paying job. I now make more per year working 40 hours with weekends off...
It would be a shame to let your jobs cost your marriage.

Well for us its not his job. Its our business. We own a couple restaurant, grocery store (now two), farm, etc. So he can't drop everything and find a 40 hour work week job.
