We work a lot but no kids yet and only been married five years. We have a far from traditional sex life though as we do some nudism, swinging, and play with others as well as have fun ourselves. It can be a lot to try and do given life but have to remember we work to live and not live to work.

Being each other’s best friend and communication. Taking the time , literally is the best “ thread” advice I can offer.
 
It sucks when the spouses have to work because bills have to be paid. Or when the stress causes some sexual dysfunction that prevents sex.

My advice is to set you alarm a few minutes early, get into the shower with him, wash him, and offer a blow job. Hopefully the next day he will reciprocate. Just love on him as much as possible. Make his life easier if possible, and let him know you appreciate his hard work. Let him know you still desire him, but don't pressure him. And be happy with masturbation if that's all you can get.
