I think as we get older we need to make adjustments required by our bodies but also be more willing to put oneself out there. Don't go crazy but be willing to try some new things. I am fortunate to have good health and to be reasonably fit. I stay active with exercise and hiking and try to eat wisely. I guess clean living and pure thoughts are the key. LOL There are some advantages to being older. More free time and pregnancy is no longer an issue. I do believe that sex is more mental than physical so if you can keep your mind in the game, you are most of the way there. For me the desire has not diminished and I find my orgasms are still as good as ever. Perhaps even more intense in certain situations.
